Taliya Bashini

Ms. Bashani began her career in Real Estate originating residential loans for refinances and purchases in 2002. After learning the dynamics of the residential mortgage market and financing process, she decided to further her career by pursuing law school and specializing in Real Estate Law.

Ms. Bashani earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and is licensed to practice both in New York and New Jersey. She commenced her legal career working for a midtown law firm in Manhattan and focused heavily on residential real estate law. Ms. Bashani was handling up to 50 closings per month for the firm when she decided to leave and start her own practice.

Through her extensive experience and diverse background, Ms. Bashani opened her doors in 2007 on Wall Street catering to many first time home buyers, sellers and foreign investors. Her primary focus continues to be residential real estate law representing buyers and sellers in the transfer of coops, condos, new construction and single family properties throughout NYC and the outer boroughs. She also drafts and files Offering Plans for new construction development condominiums, and represents several lenders as bank attorney in closings for Citibank NA, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Citizens Bank, TD Bank, and other national lenders. Finally, Ms. Bashani provides educational seminars and teaches first time home buyer seminars as well as real estate agents and brokers in various real estate law topics and negotiation tools for their weekly sales meetings , lunch n learns and state certified Continuing Real Estate education classes.
